FileMaker WebDirect stops working after updating to FileMaker Cloud

Upon upgrading to FileMaker Cloud from a previous version, FileMaker WebDirect may stop working. A patch to correct this issue is available. You will receive notification via FileMaker Cloud Admin Console to download.


Before downloading, disconnect all clients and close all files.


After you download the patch your FileMaker Cloud instance will install and restart within 1 hour.


Note:  After applying the patch, the FileMaker WebDirect session timeout is reset to the 15 minute default and FileMaker WebDirect plug-ins are disabled.
