The technique of providing your users with visual feedback during a script with a progress bar has been around for a long time. The problem with most techniques is that they either use a calculation field or an animated gif image with the web viewer. This means that you need a few extra steps to create a progress bar and it may not be portable to any layout in any solution. This technique will show you how to use the web viewer to create a dynamic progress bar that does not require any calculation fields or animated gif images that can be copy/pasted onto any layout and it will work without any additional effort.
