Dear TechNet Member:

Do you have more FileMaker projects than you can handle? Do you want to get help but are unable to find or afford additional resources? Are you thinking about training someone in your organization or hiring an intern but not sure where to start?

Join us for a one hour web seminar, “Hiring a Junior FileMaker Developer,” with Molly Connolly of Thorsen Consulting, Inc. Molly leverages her 15+ years of experience to help companies on a variety of issues including client management, training, recruiting and sales. In this web seminar, she will help you develop strategies to manage your workload in such a way that you can delegate to a smart but green employee who is ready and eager to learn FileMaker Pro. She’ll talk about how to create a job description, what types of employees make great developers and how to delegate in such a way that they are helping you as they learn. Molly will also talk about selling the value of bringing more technical expertise in-house.

The session will include example exercises and resources to help nurture your own developer.

Registration is limited so please register for ONLY one web seminar.
