Session Description

Scripting is a powerful tool in FileMaker that allows repetitive or difficult tasks to be automated and self-operating. All that is needed to be proficient at scripting is the skill set of a power user and a little training. This session will teach the basics for taking your knowledge as a user and translating it into scripting skills. It will cover how to plan for writing scripts, common script sequences like Finding, Looping, and Reporting, as well as some of the techniques that are specific to scripting like Variables and Error Capturing.
