Session Description

How do we as FileMaker developers keep up with the demands of our day-to-day work and stay on top of the latest techniques that will save us time and improve our overall efficiency? This session will review key resources available to FileMaker developers (forums, books, advisory groups, user groups etc.) and help you identify which resources make the most sense for you. The session will discuss specific exercises and techniques you can use to improve your development skills. This session will also review creating development plans for staff that allow you to meet your business goals while helping motivate and encourage staff to build their skills.
