User-Centered Design is a process in which the needs, desires, and limitations of the end users of a product, service, or process are prioritized. In the realm of FileMaker development, that process is made of four interative stages: Discovery, Design, Development, and Testing. In this session, you will be presented with tools and methods for prioritizing users in each stage of the design process.
