    To request help from a certified FileMaker Business Alliance consultant, please email our Americas Channel Manager, Julie Sigfrinius.


    You should expect the consultant to contact you within one to two business days for an initial free consultation. Based on this conversation, you may choose to continue with paid professional services such as training, coaching, consulting, or contracted development.


    In the body of your email, please provide the following information:






    Preferred form of contact (phone or email)

    Time zone

    State / Province

    Type of assistance needed, for example:

    • Help with a specific issue (we recommend you ask the Quick Start group first)
    • Training classes
    • Ongoing coaching you as you develop your solution
    • Contracted services to develop your solution for you
