Imagine that you are managing a sales team for a landscaping company that uses spreadsheets to track all of its customer information. You have identified three key issues:


  • Accuracy — individual copies of the spreadsheet are distributed to team members, making it hard to track changes and produce reports.


  • Mobility — your team visits customers face-to-face and would like to use iPads to document these visits more effectively.
