Account Name = admin, There is no password. Not able to open container
This information was in the first discussion question.
Have moved the information from my container fields to a external drive.
They did work when they were a reference file. Now unable to open the files
in my containers. They did transfer OK zero errors. I must be missing a
step in the process somewhere! Table has 1200 records and could have 12 to
15 container fields. File size was getting quite large.
The files stopped working when 1 took the reference link out. The log in
is admin, just press enter removed password requirement, this only has 4
records

No way I could have known that you had another discussion. Usually it is recommend to keep to same discussion going, unless you have a brand new question. It also good to provide a link to the other discussion so other users can catch up, if you do start a new discussion.

The path of the container field does not show an external drive. It shows a relative path "\store floor plans".
Your question needs more detail information. I will make a couple of guesses. The "Store Fixture Plan" container field has external storage, so any device or computer will have to have access to that file location.
There are two types of containers field, which is set from the inspector. First optimized for Images and the other is interactive content such as PDFs. I would suggest checking interactive content for The "Store Fixture Plan". If this is not the field you are referring to in your post, then please state the container field, what it is doing, what you expect it to do, and any error message you may be getting.
