Give us a new check box in the calculation dialog to allow the omission of table names when double-clicking fields for insertion into calculation (helpful when writing SQL queries)
Please note that SQL uses table.field and inserting will give you table::name. Just omitting table is not the correct behavior. Remember also that odd naming will require the field (and/or table) to be quoted. And to boot, IF you rename a field (and/or table) you query will no longer work.
Rather than have the option to omit table name in queries, see the methods used for allowing the query to work well "as is". There are custom functions using the Let() & GetField() functions to 'assign' the name of the field in a way that doesn't break should there be a 'rename'. Some of them even give you the option of "omitting" the table name.
