Annotation objects in relationship graph

    Annotate relationship graph objects (TO's) with notes that can be hidden or expanded to view and attached to selected table occurrences and move with them.  It could also be a "note field" within the table occurrence object.   The idea is to be able to enter a comment or explanation about a table occurrence that explains its use or raison d'être and make sure that notation does not get separated from the object.
