This error message appears whenever quitting the FileMaker Advanced application under Windows 7 or Windows 10.
Thunderbird is the installed email client and configured as the default mail application.
As this is written it sounds like a bug and belongs in Report a Product Issue and doesn't look like a product idea or feature request.
If it is indeed one, do you mind taking some time to rewrite this issue to follow the recommended template? I will wait for your response before taking any action to moderate/close this issue.
