As a first step, connecting to iOS native apps, Contacts, Messages, Mail, Calendar, Reminders etc would immensely improve the functionality and usability for those of us who are nearly only required to create solutions for iPads.
Notifications is a particular issue. For instance sounding a warning when various tasks are to be carried out, showing reminders in the iPads pull down list, creating an event in Calendar.
This is basically the same as
Connection to SQL-lite (like Bento had)
with Bento, the connection was not with the "app", but with the DATA (stored in SQL-lite db). If we had access to the DATA, then we could exchange with what was in those apps.
