I would like to be able to modify a theme and then set that theme to be the default for new layouts.
If you create a new layout from the layout where you want it to be the default. The new layout automatically uses the the same theme. Since v12 I believe.
Even if this isn't exactly the biggest of the issues concerning Themes, it definitely makes sense to me that you be able to explicitly set a specific Theme as he default for a given file.
There should be two default themes for a file: One for screen layouts and one for print layouts.
Or actually, 3 themes if we follow the New Layout wizard logic (Computer, Touch Device, Printer).
wouldn´t mind :-)
Terrific idea and I would think easy for FMI to implement. They want us to use them and they are critical to efficiency in Web Direct. Sooo....
Just bumping this because I'm tired of the cycle of discovering and re-theming umpteen "Enlightened" layouts in my files, then deleting the Enlightened theme. I made a custom theme for my file and it is assigned to all of my layouts. Please assume that this is the one that I want to use.
