FileMaker 9 CPU Utilization bug when accessing via Terminal Services

Description of the issue

FileMaker Product(s) involved FMP 9v3, FMPA9v3  Operating System(s) involved Windows 7 Enterprise running on Hyper-V, Windows Server 2008 running on Hyper-V, Windows Server 2008 R2 running on Hyper-V Detailed description of the issue If you installed FMP9v3 on a new VM in Hyper-V (host OS=Windows Server 2008), then launch FIleMaker and click File > Open Remote..., CPU utilization immediately spikes to 100% and does not come back to normal until you kill the FileMaker process.  You don't even have to open a database.  Closing the File Open dialague box does not return CPU utilization back to normal. Exact steps to reproduce the issue Launch FIleMaker and click File > Open Remote... from the guest OS.  (not sure if it matters but we are connected to the guest OS through a Terminal Services session)Expected Result CPU utilization of 0% or 1% Actual Result CPU utilization of 100% None. Exact text of any error message(s) that appeared N/a Any additional configuration information/troubleshooting that is relevant to the issue Our FileMaker server is FMSA 9v2 on WIndows 2003 R2 on a Hyper-V VM.  We've tried moving the server to another server and the same issue occurred.  If you load FMP10 on the gues OS the same issue does NOT occur.  No plugins installed on the guest OS.  Any workarounds that you have found None
