Problem with time on server emails

I'm having a problem with the time being off in emails sent by FMS14. FM support has been trying to help me, but still not working.Here’s the breakdown.


1.  FileMaker scripts that send (SMTP) emails are always showing the time as one hour ahead of the time showing in the FileMaker Server.
     a. Some emails are sent through the server automatically
     b. Some are being sent via scripts in the solution either through WebDirect or the desktop app


2. The bat files that run on that same server send scripted SMTP emails with the proper time (not through FileMaker at all, but on the FM server).


3. If I remote into the server, it shows the correct time.
