I just read a summary of Apple's shareholders meeting that happened a couple days ago. Apparently someone asked Tim Cook about the future of FileMaker for small and mid-sized businesses. Anyone know exactly what was asked and what Tim's response was?
I wholeheartedly concur with Dan Weiss' opinion (Adatasol FileMaker Podcast by Dan Weiss on Apple Podcasts ) that Apple is making a mistake by not leveraging its industry power to cement FileMaker in the public's mind as THE tool for app dev in small/mid-sized organizations. It's frustrating... not as frustrating as the history of HyperCard (which they actively squashed), but frustrating nonetheless.
