I have decided to open a new thread since the last question posted is significantly different from the original topic.

 

The request is to calculate the fiscal year, fiscal quarter and fiscal week of a given date, based on the following rules:

  • The fiscal year is based on the 4–4–5 calendar; this divides a year into four quarters of 13 weeks each (with a 53rd week added every five or six years):
  • The fiscal year always ends on the last Saturday in April.
