We are having problems with file sharing. Our computers are on the same network but one employee is working from home. She can access the computers in the office, but not our Filemaker files.
We have tried opening remotely by host and by sending the url. Any thoughts on why this won't work?

Are there any firewall applications running? That is, can anybody from the outside log onto your machines? If not, make sure port 5003 is not blocked. This is the TCP port number that FileMaker Pro uses to share databases.
