The OnObjectModify trigger can be enabled for this field and then each time you click a radio button, the script will be performed.
Please help me to wirte the coding inside the OnObjectModify trigger...
appreciated your quick response
What you have is very close to what you need. I don't know the name of your radio button field nor the name of the tableoccurrence to be used with it to refer to the correct field so please substitute your names for mine:
If [ YourTable::YourRadioButtonField = "select1" ]
else if [ YourTable::YourRadioButtonField = "select2" ]
else if [ YourTable::YourRadioButtonField = "select3" ]
Be sure to use actual values from the defined value list in place of "select1", "select2" ...
Kavindu and I are both working on this. It is not working for us. Which means, we are missing a step.
What is currently happening is that if we click on the field with the 3 Radio Buttons, the selection does not get registered, it simply executes the first line of the IF statement.
For example, if "Select1" is to take you to Layout 1, this will happen if we click anywhere on the field with the 3 buttons. The Radio button does not populate, just clicking on the field executes the script.
What are we missing?
Thanks, Phil... Ditto!
