Anyway, XP 64bit have a very neat settings for 64bit applications in folder called: Program Files and folder called Program Files (x86) for 32bit applications that running on XP 64bit. So why not Filemaker???
Why not upgrade to filemaker 10?
Thank you for your post.
FileMaker Pro 4.1 was released more than ten years ago (1998?), and it was certified to run on Windows 95 and Windows NT. Since that time, Windows 98, 2000, 2003, XP, Vista (and probably a few others) have been released. We have not tested FileMaker Pro 4.1 with Windows XP on a 64bit machine. You can try it, but we cannot verify if it will work properly.
It's kind of like trying to drive your model T Ford on a superhighway and then complaining that it won't keep up with traffic. :smileywink:
