You'll have to read the licencing that came with it.
Previous versions let you install a copy at work and at home...but you can't run them on the same network at the same time. You should be able to install them on each, but you can't run them concurrently.
I doubt I'd ever need to run them at the same time. I work on a mac and would create and enter the primary set of data there however I can totally see needing to install the Win version and open the file for say a presentation. So the mac would not be running at that point in time or at least not on the same network. Basically it is a situation of being a Mac user in a Windows world.
I have FM installed on a Mac and PC at home. I develop in one or the other and then use the other for testing and tweaking...and making sure the fonts fit in the fields.
