FileMaker Business Productivity Solution - help with Email Module
This issue may be a no-brainer, but I'm new to the scene. I have taken the downloadable "FileMaker Business Productivity Solution" and modified it slightly to manage our needs here in the office. Everything works fine, except for a small part of the Email Module.
The "Contact Tags" in the "Template" page do not work. I cannot figure this one out. The scripts are vague and of course I know very little about all of this. The "Tables," "Fields," and "Relationships" have all been double checked. I think this is a script issue... If some could just explain how the tag actually functions and what it is doing behind in the background, it would make much more sense to me.
If this means anything, when the Tag "Last Name" is inserted to the Body, it displays data from the "Middle Name" field.
