FileMaker crashing on same computer as UPS Worldship (dkabjc4z.dll ?)

      Post

Having an issue where FileMaker (client) crashes several times a day on a computer that also uses UPS Worldship software.  Using Windows XP and FileMaker 11v2 (connected to server 11) though had same issue with 10..  My guess is there is some sort of conflict between FileMaker and Worldship. UPS uses both a label printer and laser printer. FileMaker just uses the laser printer (just giving this detail as am aware there are issues with some printers and UPS Worldship automatically changes between the two).  Both WorldShip and FileMaker are open all day.

Are there any known issues between FileMaker and UPS Worldship?  There are 50 other FileMaker clients on the network and this is the only one that is crashing (and the only one that uses UPS Worldship)

The crashes seem to happen at random times, no other processes are reporting issues before or after the crashes..
