FileMaker Maintenance Agreement
This is not a technical question but it's something my organization is questioning. I'd also like to hear from other people that are or have been in this situation.
My organizations FileMaker maintenance agreement is going to be expiring soon, so I have a few questions:
- Is the FIleMaker Maintenance Agreement worth it?
- I have personally never used the agreement in our IT Department
- We're a smaller organization, so the cost of this agreement is quite a hit ( especially if were not using it )
- I feel like the support here on the forums or the articles found by searching online seem to be a lot more helpful.
So I guess my main question is, do you have a FileMaker maintenance agreement, do you use it, and do you think it's worth the cost?
