FileMaker Maintenance Agreement
This is not a technical question but it's something my organization is questioning. I'd also like to hear from other people that are or have been in this situation.
My organizations FileMaker maintenance agreement is going to be expiring soon, so I have a few questions:
So I guess my main question is, do you have a FileMaker maintenance agreement, do you use it, and do you think it's worth the cost?
The only benefit is for the upgrade in versions. In my past years I have hardly ever used tech support except to create a Case number for more advanced followups with Engineers.
This is a obviously a marketing sheet but it does have some points.
