Filemaker Pro 11 Crashes Unexpectedly - But Only From Certain Location
I have one user who accesses our Filemaker 11 database from a remote location. When he performs certain functions in the database, in this case submitting orders or printing PDFs, filemaker reports that it "Quit Unexpectedly" and he must reopen the database. This only seems to happen to him from a specific remote location. (He was here at our location last week and did not experience the problem. He also says the behavior does not happen from other remote locations such as at a coffee shop or his house.) I was thinking this could be a problem with the network (port forwarding, etc) at his location, however I also think that in that case the Filemaker database would never be able to be opened to begin with.
Has anyone ever experienced crashes from a specific location that cannot be reproduced from other locations? What troubleshooting steps would you recommend?
