The printer is connected locally? Networked? No print spooler software or hardware? Other apps print okay?
This is the only printer available? If others are available, the same symptom?
A new VERY simple database (with common fonts) also crashes when Print from Menu (with default settings) is used?
If so, an uninstall of FMP and reinstall would be a good step.
In addition to DavidAnders excellent advice, you might want to check with Lexmark's website and make sure that you have downloaded and installed the most recent device driver for your printer. That's a long shot, but a cheap thing to try to resolve the issue.
