FIleMaker Pro 9 client with FileMaker 11 Server PDF issue
We recently upgraded FileMaker to version 11 througout our company. The server is version 11 on a Windows 2008 server, and most of our clients are version 11 as well on Mac 10.6. We do have one older iMac that is on Mac OS 10.5, and therefore cannot be upgraded to version 11. We skipped version 10, so this iMac has FileMaker Pro 9 installed on it. When trying to access PDF files from within FIleMaker on the version 9 install, I receive a message that says:
"There was an error opening this document. This file cannot be found."
The error is shown in Adobe Acrobat, not in FileMaker. I am wondering if there is an issue with FileMaker Pro 9 getting the PDF to Acrobat due to the version differences, or if anyone else has seen this issue and knows how to fix it?
