Filter main task layout by complete or incomplete?
I can create a task for a company contact (which is child to company) on a portal and I have a drop box to show either complete or incomplete tasks. This works fine to show only related tasks per company per contact. However I have a layout called “All Tasks” which shows all tasks on the system for all companys using a portal, but I also want to have a button that will show either complete or incomplete. If I use the same button it is effecting the filter on the origional records and vica versa.
And why is that a problem?
For what you want, you'd need two different filter expressions that each reference a different field that your script sets to the "complete" or "incomplete" values. That way one button can change the value of one such field and the other button can change the value of the other field.
