Filtering table before creating value list
I have single "Rolodex" table that I am using to store all of our customer contact information. In this table, a customer can be listed as "contractor" or "facility." I would like to sort the data and create a value list (to display on another layout) that includes only the "facility" records. Is there a way that this can be done, or will I need to create separate tables for "contractor" and "facility"?
The purpose is to display this list of facilities in a pulldown box on our "Invoice" and "Report" layout without having to enter a customer ID.
