Hi Everyone

Once again I need you help in building my new FM database.

In my database there are 700 Dance student who are entered in the following fields

         
  • Contact_ID
  •      
  • First name
  •      
  • Last name
  •      
  • Group 1 (Class)
  •      
  • Group 2 (Class)
  •      
  • Group 3 (Class)

 

The Dance Studio needs to export the info and give the file to a printing shop

Each Dancer is entered only once into FM database and have a unique Contact_ID number. The problem is that some girls Dance in 2 or 3 different Group or Class.

Here is my challenge, How can I write an script that gives me a sorted (Group, Last Name) Excel file like the one below?

         
  1. Jane  Doe  Jazz    
  2.      
  3. Mike Smith  Jazz
  4.      
  5. Sue Smith  Jazz
  6.      
  7. Bill Abill  Tap
  8.      
  9. Phil Filler Tap
  10.
