Title

Find non-blank records in a group of fields and extend found set in script

Post

I asked a similar question earlier but on further inspection I think I have a bigger problem.

Users were given a form that had date, time, flight number, departure city, and arrival city.

We did not put controls on the form to restrict data entry to include all fields.

Now I have incomplete records (shame on me for letting the form get out without making them enter everything - I will take the flogging later)

I need to find records that anything (not blank) in date, time, flight number, departure city, or arrival city and add them to the script for a layout.

I'm sure there is something I'm missing.  I can find them in find mode on the form but cannot figure out how to do this in a script.  There does not appear to be a "extend" function only an "omit" function.

     Thanks
