FileMaker, Inc. does not reset passwords. You will need to find the password, or go back to an older copy where the password wasn't set and import the data from the password protected file.
There is a company that sells a product that allows you to recover FileMaker passwords. I have used it on several files where the employee / developer left and never recorded the password. It is a PC application from Password-Service.com and is called "Filemaker Password Recovery".
