FM 7 Open Remote
A collegue of mine half way around the world is trying to access our database that we have posted on Triple 8. She is using FM 7 on a PC. Whenever she tries to use the Remote Open she gets this message:

By the way....she is using Filemaker 7 PRO
Sorry, not being a PC person I did not realize until now that the print screen message reads:
FileMaker cannot share or be a client of a file because the networking stack could not be initialized
I know she has reinstalled her copy of FMP 7 at least once. Perhaps she failed to ininstall some small piece of information before reinstalling???

Since Triple 8 is your hosting service. I'd call them for technical support on this issue. Perhaps there is an issue on their server that is causing the trouble.
