Investigate your Printer Driver settings. There may be something there that is causing a font substitution.
Thanks Phil, but if that where the case, wouldn't all applications have the same problem?
It's hard to say. I'd check to see if anything can be spotted. You might contact tech support for the printer and see if they can tell you under what circumstances the printer driver might do a font substitution and if there are any settings you can change to correct the issue.
What do you see in Preview Mode in FileMaker? The original font or a substituted font?
Is this font a true type font?
I forgot to mention that other computers on the same network don't have this problem.
I *think* this is the only computer that have Windows 7, all others are Macs or Windows XP. I must confirm that though.
The preview shows up fine. It's only the printout that is bad, and only from FM.
It's a TrueType font.
I'll try to reinstall the printer driver next time I'm at the client.
