FMP 10, Save current record in current layout as Excel file

Post

Using FMP 10 Advanced on PC and Mac

There is a layout that we currently have in FileMaker that shows data from one record.  The data uses calculations and regular data from the one record.  The layout formats the data in a great way.  It does use some conditional formatting and different colors.  We can create a PDF of the layout and it is great, the PDF can be sent to others and they can see everything the way it is presented in the layout.  Here is what we are unable to do so far and where we need some help/advice:

We would like to be able to click on a button and save that exact layout with the current record data, formatting, conditional formatting and everything to an Excel file.  That way the Excel file can be sent to someone and they can manipulate some of the data in the Excel file and to have all of the calculations still function in Excel.  Is there a way of doing this?  Any help is greatly appreciated.  If you have any questions about what I am describing, please let me know.  Thank you for your time and help!
