FMP 8.0.3 Mac 10.6.2 Problem with Instant Web Publishing

Post

When launching FileMaker Pro 8.0.3 on a Mac with 10.6.2 installed (recently upgraded) we tried to enable FileMaker/Sharing/Instant Web Publishing because we wanted to open and use the local database remotely. We never got around to trying it remotely, so we tried to turn it off, but now whenever we launch FMP we get a hang, followed by a dialog box that says, "FileMaker cannot share a file because FileMaker network sharing is turned off." In the Sharing tab under FileMaker Pro we have Instant Web Publishing Turned off and in Sharing we have no users enabled. Yet we still get that error message upon launch. Is there a way to get this turned off?

Any tips of tricks to enable us to remotely access a database under Snow Leopard 10.6.2 using 8.0.3?
