FMP12 upgrade... textbox won't accept full FMP11 key

Post

We have FMP12, and we're moving that user to a new machine. (Windows 7)

Trying to install FMP12 from the .exe file and it asks for the Registration Key, which I entered just fine... then, looking for an existing qualifying upgrade product (FMP11), it can't find one on the system because it's a new machine.

So, it says to enter the key for the qualifying product, but it won't let me enter the full key. It stops one character short of the Key I have.

It allows for 40 characters, but the FMP 11 key I have is 35 characters + 6 dashes = 41 characters. (Seven groups of five characters, plus 6 dashes)

     Any ideas?
