fmxdbc_listener.bundle repeatedly asking to "allow incoming network connections"

I'd been having that old problem of getting the "Do you want to allow the application XXXX to accept incoming network connections" for both FMPA and fmxdbc_listener.bundle. I ran the codesign check on FMPA, and there were problems with its digital signature, so I dumped the entire FMPA folder and reinstalled.

That solved the problem with FMPA itself, but I'm still getting the message for fmxdbc_listener.bundle. Codesign returns "code or signature modified," even though it was reinstalled along with everything else in the FMPA package. fmxdbc_listener.bundle is listed in the "Allow incoming connections" list in the OS X 10.6.4 firewall settings.

I'd really like to fix this, if at all possible.
