Formatting layouts for form letters printed on different letterhead

      Post

Hello, if anyone knows how to do this and could help I'd very much appreciate it.  I use FM 10 to print a wide variety of letters.  Most letters are printed with page 1 on letterhead and subsequent pages on plain paper.  Is there a way to set up the layouts so that there will automatically be a blank space (header/margin) large enough to accomodate the letterhead on the first page, and then a smaller margin (doesn't need text in it) for the other pages without losing any text or printing right up to the edge of the page?

When I inherited this database, the letters had carriage returns to create the white space.  It doesn't always work out with the widely variable size of the merged fields that go into the form letters.

      Thanks!
