I am wondering if those more knowledgeable in formatting, might have some tips to share.  The accounting software does not do 1099s.  I downloaded the Vendor Addresses to a table, and the check data for the year to another table.  I created a layout for the 1099.  

The form is a half sheet, but prints two to a page.  My data does not match the boxes.  The top half is right the bottom is wrong.  If I tweak for the bottom the top is wrong.  

I am using a BODY Part only, no header no footer.  It is not just the layout height, but also Page Setup and margins that is needed.  Any hints, suggestions.
