It's possible, but how you do that will depend on the exact version of FileMaker that you are using.
With FileMaker 13, there's a new "list of" summary field that can produce a return separated list of all the values of the specified field over your current found set. So you could define such a field to list your address field and then add a reference to that summary field in your email body.
With older versions, this is still possible, but you'd need to use a script in one of several ways to capture this information. Or you might be able to figure out a way to use a relationship or ExecuteSQL(Fmp 12) to access the same data as you are pulling up in your found set without ever performing such a find.
