You can use Go To Related records to go to the related portal record. This step allows you to specify the layout you want to use to view this record.
Expanding/simplifying the green button idea, you can make the fields themselves buttons if it fits your use. Then you can simply click a line and go to that booking.
The trade-off here is that you would not be able to enter data in those fields through the portal (since you can't put the cursor in the field).
For some, this can make a little bit cleaner display with the same function. For those who want to enter data into the portal, the green buttons are more appropriate.
In this application clicking the fields would be better, How would i do that,
(In Layout Mode) Right clicking (control clicking) on any graphic, text block, or field will offer "Button Setup"
This will allow an object to be defined as a button connected to a defined script or custom script.
If it is a field, it will disable data entry in that field.
