There should be fields for miles, drive pay rate, base pay, and fkDriverID.
The driver pay rate field should be a lookup from the drivers table where the pay rate amount would be.
The base pay field should be a lookup from a preferences table where you can set it to $10.
So if you have a record for each job, a simple calc of: miles * drive pay rate + base pay should do it.
OkayI got it to take miles x pay.. But do I do another formula for the + 10.00 under a different field or add on the formula..
That is entirely up to you. You can have a subtotal and then a total field, or you can have just one total field.
You could make a field that counts the number of drops and simply add "+ 10*NumberOfDrops" to your formula.
