Help with using FileMaker Pro 11 with Recruitment / Executive Search Firm
QUESTION: Is anyone using Filemaker Pro 11 (or later) for managing recruiting or hiring? Can you share your experience with managing the database to meet your recruiting needs?
MY NEED: I work for an Executive recruiting/search firm and we use FilemakerPro 11 as our CRM and Applicant Tracking System (ATS). I would like to understand the following:
- How do you use FilemakerPro in your recruiting efforts? I am open to sharinng the advantages and limitations we experience with FileMaker
- Have you found a process of integrating FileMaker Pro with LinedIn or LInkedIn Recruiter?
- What other technologies, CRM platforms or ATS systems have you explored to manage your database?
