Simply perform a find for the records with the account name.
As I understand it, any find you perform will automatically omit any records that are <no Access>. This can be scripted to take place when the file is first opened. With this one change, the only way a user can encounter <no Access> records is if they use one of the other Records menu actions such as show all records. If you have FileMaker advanced, you can create a custom menu that subsitutes your scripts for the Show all, show omitted only options that avoid these steps.
