      How do I filter my records?


      I imported data from a Microsoft Access using Excel.  The data came over fine but the layout is in a spread sheet instead of a "form".  I'd like to create fields where the data appears like in Access.  Also, I'd like to quickly filter all my data based on entries in the cells.  Doesn't seem to work

          You can create a new layout with form view or you can change your current layout to form view and edit it if you wish in layout mode.



          Could you elaborate on your second question? You can click in a field and perform quick finds such as Find Matching records.
