Sounds like each field should be a separate record--perhaps in a related table.
Using the current setup, a calculation field could be defined as:
Field1= "Yes" + Field 2= "Yes" + Field 3= "Yes" + Field 4= "Yes" + Field 5= "Yes"
and then your summary field can compute a total of this calculation field to get a grand total across fields of all records in your current found set.

As I have already suggested, use a related table of records with one record for each of these fields instead of 100 different fields in the same record.
