Title

How to make a "Drop-down List" with only my "Active" records.....

Post

     Hello Guys,

I got a BIG database where we got all our "Projects" (that the table name) where we got all the information like "EVENT ID MATCH FIELD" (Serial Auto-enter), "PROJECT" (where we got the actual project Name), "Staff" (person in charge) "Status" ( they are divided by "Bid", "Active", "Pause", "Billed", "Not Taken" )

What I'm looking is the easy way to get a "Drop-down list" that only will show me the "Active" projects, when I'm trying to add a record in a related Table (call "Staff") so I can add the hours that the staff spend in a particular "Active" job.... like a mention is a BIG database that keeps about 2,000 "Projects" so is a "little" anoying trying to go threw ALL 2,000 projects, when we really only need to show the "Active" records from "Projects" table.....

     Any help??
