That's odd. Most users find all upper case harder to read quickly and accurately. Sure that's a good idea?
There are two ways to format text in your fields in FileMaker.
You can apply the format to the Field object on a layout. If the text in the field is not formatted, this then causes the text to be displayed with the specified format.
You can format the specific text in a specific field. (Such as selecting the text in a text field and using the text formatting bar to specify a text format.)
With the latter option, you can use scripts with Replace Field Contents scritp steps to format your data all in one massive "batch update".
